Construction Process

The first step towards your dream home is choosing the perfect floor plan for your family's needs. Choose from one of our many pre-designed plans, or provide your own. Once you've chosen your home plan, we'll sign the contract and make it official!

After contract signing, you will schedule a meeting within 10 days to meet with our Design Specialist to choose your new home selections such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint colors, etc.

Once you have signed off on your home design selections and have given us the clear to build, we will break ground and start building. During this process, our Closing Coordinator will be in contact with you, your lender, and your Agent to update everyone on the home's progress and closing information.

Once your home has received its Certificate of Occupancy, a meeting will be arranged between you and our Construction Specialist. During this time you will be oriented to your new home from the outside in. Private inspections are always welcome, but will need to be conducted prior to this meeting.

Before closing on your home, we will schedule another meeting between you and your Construction Specialist to conduct a final walk-through. During this time you will have a chance to thoroughly review your new home and sign off on the completion.

The final step is the closing! At this meeting you will sign the papers and a DanRic Homes representative will be on hand to explain our warranty process, answer any additional questions, and hand over the keys to your new home!
