Customer Service and Warranty

Dan-Ric Homes offers a full-service Warranty and Customer Service Department to take care of repairs (other than maintenance items) that may arise in your new home. Your new home comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty*, a Two-Year Limited Warranty* on HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing and a Ten-Year Limited Warranty* on major structural items through 2-10 Warranty Corporation. A detailed copy of this booklet is given at contract signing and again at the closing of your new home.
